5 or 6 perch to minnows, mainly very small though

Chris had a 15lb pike, then it all went very quiet

9lb barbel for me @ 19:35, plenty of knocks

Lost 2, one was definately a good fish as probably was the other...

Some very deep spots and some not so deep, need to cast about and explore

River was rising fast, did become a bit boiley later on

Obviously a good swim if you want to catch lots of fish...

gave it a good test, worked fine...

Fished the *** swim on advice that it was fishing well...maybe he meant the next 1 along?

4 bream and lost possibly a barbel but dont think it was a big one

Another daytime session, tried the swim 2 up from the ******

felt good, no snags, no weed problems but no fish (2 hours there)

not great for close in perching due to reeds etc

moved to the ******** swim, took an hour to catch a livebait suitable...then nothing took it

1 barbel close in, 10lb 8oz @ 16:30

need a longer landing net handle for the ****** swims

found who controls the ******* side of the Derwent, no membership for about a year though

Reappeared at 5, *** **** swim and stayed there

Held the farside with 4oz feeders

6 barbel - 6lbers at 18:00 and 19:00, 8lbers at 20:55, 21:45, 22:15 and 22:25

Got my carp...all 7lbs of it

2 perch, no great size though
