lost something but not very big and a lost bream

Peg **, 2 average perch before pike trouble

moved to 19, 1 missed take before next pike...tried the ***** and a couple above before calling it a day

Micro barbel, lost barbel and a chub

Tried above the ******...1 bream

DCAC after tea for just a chub and a tench

Derwent up and coloured tried peg ** but no perch

Moved to the Trent and at last a zander...and not a bad one either @ 7lb 2oz

Think I got it right at last..

Moved again to the *** swim - 10lb 1oz @ 19.50

A new PB 2lb 11oz eel...

River up and very coloured, not ideal for the perch

Caught one and a pikelet

1st Derwent barbel of the season on maggot feeder...can't remember the time

Fished the Trent later on, 2 above the ******, ****** swim underwater

small ones at 20:20 and 20:45 before 11lb 15oz at 22:55

up and running properly at last...

went home and watched the golf

came back and fished the same spot

didnt catch anything else...

Started on peg * DCAC and did get a 2lber (perch) but went quiet and went back to the ******* again

4 or 5 perch about 2lbs and a pike

Perch fishing on the **********

Tried **** ***** but quite weedy and only caught a couple of minnows

Better on the *******, couple of perch and a pike

A bream a eel and some small perch

nice to have a change of scenery though

Leyton had a bream and a perch, Nookie fared less good...

Daytime session, tried for perch on lobs and anything on maggot feeder

just small knocks on downstream peg

moved under the tree/ bush/ thing

very quiet before snapped on feeder and saw a decent perch as I packed up...

2 barbel, both about 8 1/2, 1st cast fish at 19:50, 2nd at 22:10

A couple of bream

maybe a couple of takes on livebaits but if so didnt hook up...

Fancied the 1st swim after the ********** so gave it a go

nothing there after 30 mins and drawn to the *** **** swim

nothing there after an hour so back to original swim

blanked

Sneaked out for a couple of hours...should have stayed in

Pegs * * and *, lots of knocks but nothing hooked up

New venue looks good for perch but didnt fish too well today

Struggled for livebaits, the only one I caught taken by 1 1/2lb perch

****** swim - 1 pinhead @ 19:05 and a couple of pinhead perch...

1 cast...nasty line clogging rubbish coming down...did one

Ended up at the Trent

The *** swim with live and deadbaits but nothing

one 'bang' on livebait and maybe a couple of twitches on deads

might take up barbel fishing...

After a frantic unsuccessful attempt at finding an open fishing shop to buy maggots...

****** swim again for the 2nd wednesday in a row

3 barbel at 4lbs (18:40) 6lbs (18:50) and 8lbs (21:05) est.

New swim has appeared, worth a try sometime
