My name is Matt Kemp, I hope you enjoy reading my fishing diary. Just some
short accounts of fishing on my local rivers (usually the Derbyshire Derwent or the Trent). I try to keep this diary updated as often as possible, and I do go fishing quite often. If its not been updated it probably means I've not been fishing.

A different swim, still a bit on the slow side. OK...very much on the slow side. 1 chublet and 1 barbel, 8lb 12oz @ 22:10.
Still a good average size for the few barbel I've had here though.
